Postpartum Services

Active Mom Group Fitness Workshop Series

We have taken our Postpartum Foundations Class virtual, meaning you can learn the building blocks necessary to recover postpartum from the convenience and safety of your home. Taught by Alex Courts, a doctor of physical therapy with post-doctorate training in postpartum corrective exercise. This class bridges the gap between your 6 week check up and returning to pre-pregnancy activity and exercises. This class helps to prevent injury and optimize your performance. This class is not a replacement for physical therapy services and can be a great transition from physical therapy to fitness.

To get updates on our upcoming workshops, join our newsletter or contact us to inquire about scheduling a private class.
